Bake the bread at 350 degrees for 1 hour 5 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.<br>Let the bread cool for view on the grid. Prepare the chestnut butter and rum glaze while the bread is cooling.<br>Remove the bread from the configuration and drizzle with the chestnut butter and rum glaze.<br>Brown butter – rum glaze <br>Ingredients<br>2 tablespoons salted butter<br>2 tablespoons golden or dark rum<br>1/2 cup powdered sugar<br>Preparation<br>Prepare the butter in a frying pan over medium heat for a few minutes, swirling the pan. Occasionally until the milk solids are brown and nutty.<br>Remove the saucepan from the heat and gently stir in the rum. Return to flame and cook over half a minute to 1 minute longer to evaporate the alcohol. (If using a gas burner, gently ignite the mixture.)
